New version 2.11

I have created some minor, new version v2.01:

- added option set SplitInstallWim=1 which causes Install.wim to be splitted if it exceeds 4 GB (so it can be put on FAT32 file system).

Why not installing Windows 10 ?

Windows 7 is also outdated, it don't natively support a lot of current (and even old :USB3) hardware.
Any machine that works with Windows 7 will also works with Windows 10.
Windows 7 will not receive any security patch in a few months (january 2020).
There is no good reason to install Windows 7 today.

Still better to integrate the latest updates yourself, (the 2018 iso is full of superseded updates), we have several methods for that here on the forum.

Je vais te répondre en français, ça sera plus simple.
Pour ne rien arranger, ces deux "strings" sont traduite (avec une belle faute d'encodage sur la version 5.62.7538)
 

 
J'ai essayé de rajouter ces clés au maker, sans succès, je n'arrive d'ailleurs pas à les supprimer avec un fichier bat/cmd, uniquement avec un reg. Je pense que c'est lié à l'encodage.
 
J'ai créé une version 3.8 beta avec les clés ajoutées à la fois au fichier reg et au fichier cmd, mais ça ne fonctionne pas...

J'ai aussi entièrement passé la création du fichier de config via le script, ça n'a pas été une mince affaire ^^

The best thing to provide would be BAT files for removal of files.
Dont think the forum rules allow posting of Microsoft files directly except linking to Microsoft servers.
The user has to download iso using Techbench or ISO Downloader, mount install.wim image using a tool such as GImageX, and then perform the removals themselves via bat files.

SSUs are permanent updates, Deep clean do not remove them (the 3177467 v1& v2 was exception)
KB4490628 is still needed because it's SHA1-signed, and contain the infrastructure to process SHA2-signed updates
KB4474419 is also needed to recognize SHA2-only updates
 
KB4516655 is SHA2- only update, it cannot be installed without KB4490628 and KB4474419
