Working fine here, use IE (may have something to do with one of your browser plugins)

You were correct.  It was the Adf.ly.Redir script I had recently "updated" to v6.1.  (I'm using SRWare Iron as my browser.)  With it disabled your download link worked as expected.  Do you know of a good Adf.ly redirect extension/script that works well with Chrome/Iron?
