Hi everybody, I want to slipstream updates to windows 7 (all edidtons) I integrate an update (any update) via DISM (I use this command: "e:\7aiowork\dvd\sources\dism.exe /image:e:\7aiowork\mount /add-package /packagepath:e:\7aiowork\updates\x86\"). It works but when I want to test it via virual machine (I use VirtualBox) I can't install my files. It gives me an error at %63 (error code: 0x80070570) How can I fix this? or Is there a different way to slipstream updates to windows 7 (W7T doesn't work for me)? Thanks,

Folks, it always happens like this: just when clean install utilities (nlite, WinToolkit, KUC) really mature and crush most of the bugs--that's when a new version of the Windows operating system appears. :welcome6ld: And right on cue we go back to our favorite fantasy: making the ultimate clean install disk to spare us the painfully long Windows re-installs. But this time, as Windows 8 looms, I'm urging you to stop this madness  : Thou shall not attempt to supersize the Windows install media ...and cram every driver, addon, tweak and update onto the install media Thou shall not attempt to make Windows 7 ...and try to slim down the install DVD to fit o…

I have an Asus P9X79 LE motherboard with a 3960X CPU and would like to do a fresh install of Windows 7 on a Samsung 960 PRO PCIe NVMe drive using a PCI Express to M.2 PCIe SSD Adapter. I know Windows 7 does not have native support for NVMe but I have Samsung NVMe drivers for use during an install. Or another option would be to install the drive as a secondary one then install drivers, then clone the OS to the NVMe and try to boot to that. I guess my main question is, will the P9X79 LE support NVMe as a boot drive? Thanks.

With Windows 7 and 8.1 ending official support by Microsoft in January 2023, software companies face a tough decision: should they support the operating systems for longer, or drop support at the official end of support date. Google announced that it will end support for Google Chrome on Windows 7 and Windows 8 in February 2023 The company told Chrome users who run the browser on devices powered by these operating systems that they could continue running Chrome 109, the last version to be released for Windows 7 and 8.1, but that the browser would not receive any more updates. Google did not reveal how large the browser's user base is on these two Windows operatin…
