  1. It should still work with the Apps folder being hidden, but what do you mean you made it a 'system file'??
  2. It's probably because it was installed from a USB stick. I'll take a look at the code.. Can you please take a screenshot of your USB stick contents? There should be an 'Apps' folder on the USB stick.
  3. There is a new feature which tells you which Windows the driver is for, XP, Vista, 7 or 8. It will mark any drivers for XP in red and you can remove them which is very useful if you use driver packs as it can get rid of 100+ drivers and make W7T integrating quicker. However it's not 100% accurate, what i mean by this is that sometimes it can't what Windows the driver is for because the people who created them didn't specify in the *.inf file. You can also double click on an driver in the list to open its inf file. The benefits above also apply to the new Driver Installer. Before: 847 After: 776 71 less drivers to install
  4. Simply answer really, someone requested it so i added it. As rick said it lets you remove outdated drivers also. Problem is i don't know the difference between Windows 7 and Windows Vista drivers, surely there's something different in the inf file?
  5. I used to collect trolleys for 2 years haha (no joke)
  6. I quoted the error message it gave me in the post. Full or disabled personal messages?
  7. The /Remove feature only works when working with "/Online" It doesn't work it "/Image"
  8. I'm assuming you mean a live system? The new Online Updater (which lets you integrated updates into the currently installed OS) also says which updates are superseded and lets you remove them If it's an image you want to remove an update from then component remover tool will do that for you. Ah, i'm assuming you're doing that new scheme for the unemployed to work for people like Tesco Problem i see with that is Tesco would fire their actually staff and then re-hire them for free via job centre :/
  9. I downloaded that addon you mentioened but it doesn't seem to work with DISM or pkgmgr, so nope there is no support for it.
  10. You can already do that in AIO via the "Files" tab. :/ Closing thread.
  11. Added you to the alpha tester message, you will see it in your messages at the very top-right of page.

  13. Hey guys has anyone tested the new DISM for XP and Vista v1.0.5?
  14. You should see a link in your message in the above right called 'Sneak Peak v1.4.0 T2'.
  15. I've fixed a pretty big issue with this in 1.4.0 already, you're more than welcome to test it?
  16. I think you need to have at least 2.0, i haven't tested with 2.0 removed and just having 3.5 installed.
  17. I'm using Windows 8 CP as my main install I'll add you to the alpha tester list. Seems like i can't add you George
  18. I'll see what i can do
  19. It says in the first message i've done it on purpose.
  20. I think when you make a virtual computer in virtualbox, it gives you the option to enter a serial key, make sure you have no Autounattended.xml in the ISO root and if possible delete the virtual computer and re-create it from scratch. W7T does not add serial keys unless the user manually imports an unattended file.
  21. Done, you should see a message called 'Sneak Peak v1.4.0' in the messages on the top right
  22. All i know is that i've set W7T to work with .NET 2.0
  23. What folder did you select originally to get that first message? Everything after that seems fine. P.S. You don't have to go to WIM Manager before All-In-One tools, as they will mount the image automatically for you anyway. No point having an exit button as the 'X' in the corner would do the same thing, W7T will warn users if they are about to close a window whilst W7T is doing it's thing. It will only allow users to close the window if it is safe to do so Did you use unattended creator?
