They are duplicates anyway.....Windows6.1-KB2561821-v2-x64.msu is exactly the same Windows6.1-KB2561821-v2-x64.cab I'm closing this thread now as the original issue has been fixed (i think) and everyone seems to have dumped their issues in this one topic.

I have managed to fix some issues but discovered that the IE9 Lang pack does not get integrated because its a strange MSU. You need to extract the cab first and add that. I will make it do this automatically for you in the future but for now use it's cab file.

AGAIN, if it shows on the 'Integrated' tab at the end of the process then ignore the red. It appears green to me but i haven't tested that in the latest test. I'll do that now.

I've mentioned in another topic that sorting by size and date doesn't work correctly. Besides any new updates will be ticked for you, assuming you use the same folder.

If you type in the KB number for KB2561821 for example, it's also in the DVD folder. UPDATE: Win Toolkit no longer shows duplicates and just shows them in the additionals folder. I can certainly add "User_Extra_Updates" to the exceptions list.
