Hellow. I need help creating a customize WinPE that boot up with a GUI Environment.

Ouh.. hard project.

I think PE is a trimmed core version.

To customize it to add the complete GUI will be hard way.

You have to replace much of image, better way is to add PE Tools into a mobile OS version.

 

My personal recommendation: Get "UltimateBootDisk" and forgot the PE sh*t.

You might want to check out this thread over at MSFN. Win7PE SE  Looks like it might be what you are looking for.

I believe that all three of them now include, or can access, JFX's WinNTSetup3 (v3.2.1) x86/x64 which, AFAIK, can be used to install Windows 2k/XP/2003/2008/2012/Vista/7/8.x x86/x64
