i want to know is there any software for removing dirty disk bits for the hard disk. I usually format my each drive by copying my data from one drive to another drive and then format it individually and paste back the data to that drive.

when i copy anything to my pen drive it shows a shortcut of that inside my pen drive. While the size of used space and free space according to size of content inside the pen drive. if i create a new folder inside then it is also created as a shortcut of new folder. I was looking for a way to silently install the INF associated with an add-on. I found this website, which explained how to do so. To sum it up, the command line should read: rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection myinf.inf,DefaultInstall,1where myinf.inf is the INF that you want to launch and DefaultInstall is the section to use for installation. I've been playing around with a Fresh-Install image that past few days. Once the XP installation is complete, I'll download and install all my Microsoft Updates.
