hi i have made my office 2007 enterprise, a switchless silent installer, but i dont know how to make it an addon for my xp dvd. all i know is that i need to create an ini file in notepad, and a svcpack folder to put the installer in. but how do i make it an addon for my xp dvd. What code do i write in the ini file? PLEASE help

@ OnePiece, Nonno Fabio, Kels & rick I have few problems with my PDFCreator 0.9.7 addon (See a part of my INF file). For registration of "pdfforge.dll", I use this command : NO SUCCESS.(See normal regentries). I have some experience with addon slipstreaming and nliting windows builds. Having an XP VLK key yesterday I downloaded the MSDN build of xp with SP3. While playing with nlite I noticed something strange. My DVD builds perfectly. However when I test it on a real machine (even a virtual one) some adons don't get installed (inf addons) while others work as expected. When I say don't get installed I mean they appear on the Win Add/Rem Components but there aren't any folders on Program Files or shortcuts on Desk and Start.At first I thought it was DriverPacks fault but later testings proved me wrong. Setup must copy many files whose aren't the same for all languages. ex: Approach.exe have english for default & native language but don't have a language file (Approach[en_US].xml) in application folder named "locale". example below (sorry for presentation) : D E L E T E After analyzing Rick's Img Burn Intl addon, I try to do my addon like that. Can someone please explain what the difference is between the Addons? If I'm understanding correctly, an SVCPACK addon is an addon that is installed at T-13... I think. So, what exactly is a "True Addon"? And how would you integrate a True Addon using nLite for example? Also, how do INF files work in relation to addons? Just a few questions to increase understandability.

I've been searching all over for addon packages for Windows XP (x64). So far I've found an update pack by 5eraph over at RyanVM's forum. But it doesn't contain IE7 or WMP11. I can use Booogy's integrator for WMP, but are there addon packages for: IE7 .net Framwork 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 (SP1) Also, will some of the other x86 addons like Kel's CPL addon and the UberPack work with XP x64?

I m having serious issue concerning vista sound packs for xp....everytime my windows install sound packs below(tried all packs 1 by 1) through SVCPACK folder,its 100% install bt startup sound & shutdown sound cannot b played when it hav to...no sound comes when windows start & shutdown successfully....i hav tried theze packs: Vista_Sound_Pack_delz VistaRTM Sounds Default OnePiece_Windows_Vista_Sounds_Full_AddOn_ITA Ricks_HoldEm_AddOn_en Ricks_UltimateSounds_AddOn_en Ricktendo_VistasoundsAddOn Now kindly plx tell me tht wht xactly problem is having to play it....any solution kindly..... :S
