Anyone else having issues with WinToolkit not integrating the updates properly? I got into AIO mode add all the updates first and then select my tweaks, and component removals and then let it do it thing. After its done i then goto advanced component remover and use that to further remove things and then iso and install.

In AIO, when choosing "add addons+subfolders" or "updates+subfolders", it does not load anything, unless I add them one by one.

  5. This is very important and gives a totally weird KB order when you load updates in AIO with the ''Add Updates + Subfolders'' option in the Updates ''basic'' tab. The random order is also present in the prerequisites category, with IE10 first, above its prerequisites! I attached the result. I really thought my request was finally solved, but this happens only when selecting the ''Updates'' option from a single folder. The desired behaviour would be for WinToolkit to sort the (for the first time) loaded hotfixes in AIO with KB9xxxxx first, then KB2xxxx, and of course with the prerequisites always above, even when loading the updates from a folder with many subfolders. …

  6. 1. The first bug is related to some inconsistencies regarding displaying the correct settings in an Addon when opened. For example, as you can see here, after opened in Addon Maker, Reaper's x64 NFOPad addon from here is diplayed as having the shortcut point to Program Files (NOT OK!) folder instead of Program Files (x86) (OK!). This is not the case, everything is ok with the addon, the shortcut really points to Program Files (x86) as it should. To make this one even weirder, I changed a little this addon, didn't even check that tab (left it as Reaper made it), and afterwards the newly made addon pointed to Program Files (x86) also when opened with Addon Maker. However,…

  7. Hi, i have two entry in my automatic install list: Microsoft Malicious Software RemovalMicrosoft Malicious Software Removal DefinitionsI wanted to update MMSR from 4.17 to 4.18 so i removed the 4.17 entry and tried to add the same again but with 4.18 binary. Then WTK tells me this entry allready exists. Iam sure this is related to the Microsft Malicious Software Removal Definitions, the string starts exactly the same but has " Definitions" added. It seems WTK isn't checking the complete string, it also matches strings that starts same but are not really the same So i added the new 4.18 with a little changed string and if it's added i can give it back the right …

Please report this immediately: WinToolkit.resources

  9. Hi all, Using the stable version of Win Toolkit (1.4.0.77) and also the latest version (1.4.1.21) I can't load any executables into the tool, using the All-in-one Integrator (Updates and Languages). .Net framework 4.5 or kb890830 are just 2 examples. The only one that loads OK is IE 10 for Win 7. Error message is: This does not seem to be Internet Explorer 9 or the latest Windows XP mode. (Screen capture attached). I'm stumped, Any ideas?

I've very bad and strange expirience with version WinToolkit v1.4.1.16. When I put it in my drive D:\xxxx and make shortcut from it on Desktop, after 2-click / enter WinToolkit doesn't want to run at all, after close and re-open explorer the shortcut wasn't there (on Desktop), I've made a new shortcut and after 2-click shortcut automaticaly delete it self?! And I've tried this two-three times more and I always got the same result. After that I've to move WinTookit.exe on the Desktop and run it from there. It start without any problem... but after couple of minutes all icons, files and folders from Desktop ware deleted - not exactly all of them - I've checked the folders…

Please help with this little problem. I'm using WinToolkit v1.4.1.21 but this happened an all previous versions. I keep WinToolkit files on F: partition which is a standard HDD. When i try to set the Mount folder to my C: partition which is an SSD it won't integrate any updates. They are all marked in red in the integration process. When the Mount folder is on the F: partition then and only then it works and all the updates are integrated. Thanks in advance!

My apologies if this is in the wrong section, but there's probably no better place to ask this than in here since we're all obsessed with updates. When it scans for updates, does it ignore the ones you already have installed on your current OS? Is there anyway to turn this feature off or have it scan an ISO instead? (I guess I could always run in it in a VM I guess?).

I've made a lot of changes to v1.4.1.15 and will need testing completely. Here's what has changed: Files will no longer be extracted to the same folder as WinToolkit.exe. They instead will go into a temporary folder and will NO longer be constantly deleted/re-created, etc... during integration and instead be deleted when closing Win Toolkit.Files such as Interop.SHDocVw.dll, Vista Api.dll and Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll will no longer be visible and will run directly from memory. This will remove all bugs relating to these.Having no files extracting to WinToolkit root will mean files won't constantly appear and disappear and stops users from deleting needed files. …

  25. Hi, i cannot get managed to get this work to install silently with installer. If i try my sfx after installer have finished and first login is passed and i rerun the pakage it installs fine. If needed if will upload the pakage somewhere. Using this in a Batch: "%cd%\setup.exe" /quiet /log "%windir%\Temp\Navision.log" /config "%cd%\Classic.xml" After trying directly via sfxmaker parameters: setup.exe /quiet /log /config Classic.xml Both methods with a sfx doesnt work while executed by installer, but when its finished and i rerun the pakages they install fine. source (german): http://www.grobmanschwarz.de/ms-dynamics-nav-blog/501-silent-oder-unattended-installation-fu…
