GDism ELDI Java and .NET

Using Version NET 4.0 or Java ?

Of course, it's needed to select first the install.wim path and create a temp folder to mount/unmount the image!

Have you read the dism.log to see errors ?

Image using In Java and log file attached:

https://skydrive.liv...26&sc=documents

I have tried with both the versions and getting the same result.

My DISM version is 6.1.7600.16385

sy6xcg.jpg

I wish to mention that I am using WAIK for Vista, is this the reason of getting that error?

And about the error in the log, it only says "Failed to access the image folder or image's windows folder."

You can remove AIK for Vista!

Or install WAIK for Windows 7 (if you want)!

Dism.exe inside "C:\Windows\System32\Dism.exe"; will be used if you don't have installed WAIK.

Using in Java take care to close the current window folder and keep only the window GDism ELDI so the image will be properly unmounted!

If needed, you can remove the key using this reg file for images not correctly unmounted:

Clean-Images.reg

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

; Remove all images not correctly mounted and/or unmounted

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WIMMount\Mounted Images]

First you need to create a temporary temp folder to mount/unmount the image and select each time the correct paths!

3 Images:

https://skydrive.liv...28&sc=documents

Have you mounted successfully first the wim image ?

Sorry mate, it was my mistake. I was trying to get the packages without mounting the image so only I was getting that error. This is the first time I am using DISM, till .now I was capturing install.wim to integrate drivers, updates, etc. I hope you won't laugh at me, lol.

Anyways thanks for your help. I need to ask few more things which I can't or should I say don't want to ask publicly so if you permit can I pm you?

Here is the new file for French.

Many thanks

However, I have the same error on "GDism ELDI whithout Dism" and "GDism .NET ELDI portable":

Done. Include your new file and the credits on the about box. The error of the script .js is directly on my website, I supouse that's why my theme is Responsive and dont identify well the internatl browser. I will check it, ;).

Thanks for the feedback and the Translation.

Done. Version 2.2 release include the Brazillian language and other fixes.

Glad to help :)

PS: Actually, now I just opened your program and I noticed that there are several strings that are not translated but they were not in the translation file. So in some places it's half Portuguese with some half English sentences and even a few Spanish ones, like the default "Aceptar" button.

Anything that can be done about it? Or you plan to leave like that?

It's not really a big deal, just a heads up :)

You Right, maybe is better translate all the commands, at the begining I left the real commands in English, like Mount-Wim, just for people who used the Dism.exe by console know what button do what command, that was my idea. So the Dialog defintly is a bug, :P.

Sweet, I'll try out this tool and if time allows me I'll make a Slovenian translation (it appears I'm the only one from my region - except for fellow neighbor NIM).

Instead of making a new post I'll just edit this one and add things I like/don't like/noticed:

- I'm using portable version and noticed same bug as a fella earlier - not all buttons appear to be translated (I use English language, untranslated buttons are on the pop-ups such as under About and Options). But overall, this looks really nice :)

Hi there, I am fresh at using WinToolKit, as well as GDISM, but am eager to help if it's possible at all... I could do a translation to Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian of this program if u want, but I'd need a brief instruction on what to translate and a pattern how to translate it... Best regards,
