Microsoft update catalog is quite usefull for downloading a large amount of update files. But they come in .cab format. The /extract command works on these too. Would be convenient if the toolkit would accept .cab files as well, not only .exe. Kind regards. edit: ops sry, just read about the "do not post request" a second to late

I wonder if you can do a little automatization on sorting Office updates. As you already noticed there are some language dependent updates and some independent. Can you make the downloader to group the dependent updates in each his language folder? So the folder structure would be: - McRip Office 2010 Post-SP1 x86 - 00 - x-none - en-us - fr-fr - ro-ro - etc. Than make an option (probably in the settings somwhere) to show/download only the selected languages. That would solve some problems 1. save space on hard drive (If you don't need some language than don't download at all) 2. save bandwidth 3. no need to tick one by one your la…

Would be cool to have some kind of tweaking presets. Similar to Service presets. Like having SSD preset etc would be cool.

Great night! What u think about changing of WTK Main Icon? I see here another "newer one" for WTK-About button, thats nice. Just the original WTK Win7 Icon is associated with win7. Comparison: Or what u think about these? (different sources) A deviantart.com win8 inspired. (iv just add the star for quick example) It associate WTK's 8.1 support. My fav, vista-look. And another with star added. Greez

As you all know Windows 7 needs a bit help of booting EFI via USB: In the root of your USB drive, there is the \efi\microsoft\boot directory. Copy this directory one level up so the files also reside under \efi\boot. Extract bootmgfw.efi file from install.wim (Located in Windows\Boot\EFI\) Copy the bootmgfw.efi file to \efi\boot folder, and rename it to bootx64.efi. Maybe this process could be somehow automated via WinToolkit to avoid doing it all manually, when creating USB Boot media for Windows 7? Windows 8 doesnt need that, it boots fine directly from usb regardless of Legacy BIOS or EFI enviroment...

Using WinToolkit150-1_Test36 I stumbled leftover files/folders from WinToolkit in the slipstreamed os. Still left in the slipstreamed OS (x86): A) Files: 1) C:\Windows\System32\WinToolkit_RunOnceLog.txt Rather keep 2) C:\Windows\WinToolkitDrivers.txt Rather keep 3) C:\Windows\System32\WinToolkitRunOnce.exe 4) C:\Windows\System32\UTH.exe B ) Folder: 1) C:\Windows\WinToolkit\Addons Let's WinToolkit know what addons are integrated i) Should WTK perform/schedule a cleanup or does it serve some purpose by leaving it there? ii) If it is there for log purpose, can they be moved to 1 common location/folder? Done iii) In all cases, even if it is there for a purpose (I assume i…

As I've said here (sorry for beeing offtopic there), please: 1. Implement only the updates found in the official article from Microsoft as IE10 prerequisites. 2. Make a pop-up warning window for novice users when detecting IE10, to make sure all those five updates are also integrated. 2'. Would be very good if this screen won't appear if those updates are also present (redundant warning), but I don't want to complicate things code-wise, this part is only optional.

this would avoid having to rename the .wims via the menu options i'm visually impaired and the menu options are not that accessible hence me asking for this change. e.g an exammple of file name windows 10 v1809 x64 would have the build number at the end of it so it would look like windows 10 pro for workstations 10.0.17763 windows 10 home 10.0.17763. for other older builds with the same name display name i think it is called, you would have windows 10 home 10.0.10240 I hope this makes sence, i'm trying to make an aio of windows 7 8 8.1 and 10 from current release to present. I currently am unable to …

In component removal tool, wintoolkit should display all the existing gadgets/sound files/pictures/wallpapers/drivers so that we can choose which we have to delete or which we have to keep in image.

Hello Legolash2o, first thanks a lot for this great and powerful tool. I have a request to exclude *-express.cab (see this thread) from selection, since according to the forum member abbodi1406 they cannot be integrated. Still they can be selected in WinToolkit and novice users like myself surely don't know that these cab files are useless for integration. So far I encountered cab file dialogs here: Main menu->Tools->Misc->Update RetrieverTab Basic->All-in-one Integrator->tab Updates + Languages

In my opinion, it would look much better and made more sense, if "informative text" would be below progress bar. Quick scetches, about what I exactly mean: Also, it would be lot easier to read and understand, if each sentence would start from its own line.

1. Can you please add support for integrating not just theme packs but also custom themes (.msstyles) so u could preinstall with a really slick looking theme and make it unique? 2. Also is the feature for selecting deafult language upon install built into program cause i couldn't find it for example when you see first installation window it says English US id like it to be UK and also For keyboard. 3. Just Thought about the option to select windows ISO when using AIO Integrator or anything else that can select WIM or Extracted DVD how about another option to browse For ISO then the program can ask for a location to extract the ISO then does it on its own without the use o…

Excuse my poor english cause i'm french I am facing an issue with the Silent install + SFX section: When I try to delete some items, they actually aren't, but kept in the list when RunOnce is launched. My Runonce announce about 80 items, but i got only 30 of them to install. Is there a file (like an .xml or ini) where i can modify order and things installed?

Please don't post any new requests. Since my degree depends on v2.x. I will fully be focusing on the development of that. I will be trying to add as many as possible during the next couple of days. There is a request sub-forum for Win Toolkit v2.x here.

Since doing WIM manipulation tasks takes a while, what about adding a function to save the current progress so you can shut down the program and then resume later? Would be a welcome addition for those that want to do lots of stuff but cannot keep their PC on for multiple days.

Request to add a feature or tool within the Addon maker to install and test Win Toolkit AddOn. Currently their is a somewhat viable tool that was created by 'Dark Madness' which can be found in the Forum (cant seem to find it right now) but it comes in the form of UI or command line tool. Their does'nt seem to have been any developement on the tool in over a year. I've tried it on a few Addons with mixed results. Anyhow, not all that important, but it does come in handy for me when I want to test an Addon on a live systems. Best Regards.

Hi Cartman, here a possible answer to your request in this thread: A possibility for your purpose, NOT the only one!, is to put a SetupComplete.cmd in the "Windows/Setup/Scripts" folder; this SetupComplete could look like this one @echo off start /wait %systemroot%\setup\dotNetFx452_Full_LDR_x86_x64intl_Slim.exe /y /sfxlang:1031 del /F /Q %systemroot%\setup\dotNetFx452_Full_LDR_x86_x64intl_Slim.exe start /wait %systemroot%\setup\Reapers.Java.Runtime.AIO.8.0.5.13.x64.exe del /F /Q %systemroot%\setup\Reapers.Java.Runtime.AIO.8.0.5.13.x64.exe start /wait %systemroot%\setup\Reapers.Microsoft.Silverlight.5.1.30214.0.x64.exe /passive /norestart del /F /Q %systemr…
