Try to add the keys in HKLM maybe ? In XP I remember that the keys added in HKCU before the creation of the first user (T-13) goes in the the default hive, and are copied into each new user created, maybe you can achieve the same with W7 ?

Can you try with the one posted in post #21 ? Anyway, If the SFX works when launched manually, it should also works in WinToolkit RunOnce. Which version of WinToolkit do you use ? Some have bugs with RunOnce. You can also try to install it with an other method: RunOnce (registry), WPI, etc....

No, it should work without switches. Maybe a bug with Win Toolkit ? do you have the file in your image ?

The 7zsd.sfx embedded in the rar archive (and used in the silent installer) is modified with Resource Hacker (only changed the icon). I did not include all the binaries but obviously you need 7za.exe and put the reg file, the installer & the certificate in the VCD sub-folder to re-create an other Silent installer. Unlike this one,the sfx posted in the first page did not contain any reg file, the registry modification is done in command line: ;!@Install@!UTF-8! Since you do not kill the daemon tray, do you have tried to restart the computer after running the SFX ? Wich SFX module are you using ? Try this one. Also, what's the purpose and meaning of "VCD5470.exe /S /noreboot1:03 3-6-2015" ? why adding the date ? What is that ? Thank you Tiersee, I made a test with 7 Pro French and April's UL updated with your informations. I've made the integration with NTLite (first time testing it). I have manually installed IE11 (NTLite crashed when I added the IE11 setup) here is my remarks about IE11: WU installed only KB3049563 and KB3021952, therefore KB3023607 and KB2976627 seems not needed anymore. I will try a new integration with WinToolkit, with IE11 and without KB3023607 and KB2976627 to see if it was because of NTlite's removals.

Do you have used the latest version Rufus ? Also, you should have an option in the BIOS to set the boot on the USB drive in EFI mode, maybe it is not showed in the quick boot option (F12).
