Hi again, Is it possible to re-add components I have removed? Specifically I want I to re-add the parental controls component but still keep all the other removals and tweaks. I believe ninite installer requires the web filter portion of parental controls to work properly. When choosing the All-in-one tool to update the Windows 7 install DVD, does the software only update the 64-bit versions of these OSs when you only have 64-bit drivers, updates and software or do I need to have both x86 drivers, updates and software to update all OS versions?

Hi. Where does W7T put the mounted image? According to the settings they are supposed be on the C: drive (C:\W7TMount), but when i look there are no folders. I have checked in the Local and the other folders but can't seem to find the folder. When i close W7T it doesn't seem to commit the changes to the Wim file. Example: I used RT7Lite to intergrate SP1 as i could not find an option in W7T. Then i used W7T to intergrate Solor's updates. As im not to keen with the option on the component removal as i don't find them very clear as to what they are, i used RT7Lite to remove components as it is more clear as to what they are. Hi, I reaize this might be a silly question but how do I go back edit an image I have saved? For example, I want to go back and add some themes or wallpapers and make additional registry tweaks. When I go back to do that, I have to remove all of the components over again and go through the whole entire process just to make my changes. I searched around quite a bit but never found a solution. Do I need to uncheck/check some option in W7T? Thanks, -Digital

Hi All I'm new to using W7Toolkit. I was wondering if any of you have any presets for making a super slimmed down win7 ultimate iso. I did try to look through the forums but couldn't find anything related to what I need. I'm unsure as to what services I can disable safely that aren't needed aswell as what components I can/cannot remove. Ideally I need windows 7 to be as stable as it can be, with Aero and media player and internet but without the bloatware that MS added. I know I can remove natural language and media centre for a quick trim but I'd like to know how much more I can remove without making the OS unstable. Thanks again all for your help.

I used W7T for the first time today...removed what I wanted from components...installed via command line in WinPE and then Windows wouldn't boot because fvevol.sys (the Bitlocker Drive Encryption System Driver) had been removed from the installation by W7T. Which setting in particular would trigger such a fatal problem? Is it a bug? Can it be prevented? Was it user error?

Prompt, whether it is possible by means of AIO to "add" fresh updatings in already "processed" image? I.e. 1st time in "pure" W7 SP1 is showered an image all necessary (updatings, themes wall-paper, твики etc.), we check assemblage on a computer, we look that isn't established yet, i.e. that else lasts through Windows Update. Then, whether it is possible in already processed install.wim to "add" missing updatings, or, it is necessary to begin all with the beginning? I.e. again to take "a pure" image with SP1 and to repeat all on the new?!! In advance thanks!

When I try to mount a install.wim using All-In-One tool it shows me that an unhandled exception has occured in my application: and in the mount log it says:

Bug or the feature? xD when w7t close - it tryes to clean up TEMP folder. It tries to delete all files in folder no matter were they made by w7t or not. if there are (in temp) exists files which w7t cannot delete (they are in use for example by other programms) it hangs (for 20 seconds) and then crash. F:\TEMP - is also system temporary folder in my case. so W7T should do the list of files it creates, so they could be deleted without problem OR much easier to aware ppl to set identical Temp folder with other programms.

I added some regfiles in tweak tab, all integrated well but this one didnt. It works flawlessly when run in OS. I have noticed from the logs that MANY people are running older versions of W7T, i would like to remind everyone that as soon as a new version is released then the ALL of the older versions become instantly unsupported. So please make sure you're using the latest version of Windows 7 Toolkit. Hi I"ve been using the same reg file for some time with older w7t 1.3 version w/o a problem. But with the latest builds when I try to install windows on any machine, after first time logon attemnpt I get a BSOD with stop 0x67 config_initialization_failed. I notied that in the chage log the reg file intergation was chnged. Could this be the problem? Thanks

I'm just now starting to experiment with this awesome program and even after reading the forum posts I am confused with a few issues so I hope to get some advice. I am trying to start slowly with just integrating Solor's updates including LDR and additions in an x64 enterprise version. I checked the LDR option and continue with the AIO I downloaded Solors x64 MSU hotfixes and when I add them with the AIO the following hotfixes flag an error and state that they will be automatically added as silent installs. Hi, first of all, great tool, I love it But i've got some questions. I used W7T to integrate some Drivers, all available updates and did some minor tweaks to an Win7Pro x64 image. All went fine and i was happy with my bootable USB-Stick. Today i checked if there are some new updates on Solor and it downloaded 3 Updates. So i startet AIO-Tool, selected the .wim on my USB-Stick and loaded the preset of my last session with it. Then i added this 3 updates to the integrationlist, additionally checked the "delete Winsxs\Backup" option in component-removal-tab and clicked start. Hi guys, I have been trying to download Windows 7 SP1 x64 as well as x86 from this thread: but every time I try, my download discontinued exactly at 2gb. I wish to mention I am trying to download on a 32bit system. I wish to know can't a file with size more than 2 gb be downloaded on a x86 system? Is there something I can do to download those files on a x86 system?
