Files replacement actually displays an error. As you see from this screenshot, replacement is set to true, but W7Toolkit thinks, its a still "false". File ofcourse dont get replaced... (I Always replace included Recovery, with MSDart one, which has more options, so this time tried to automate it)

I would like to have a multiboot (multi OS) USB stick which has my win7sp1 AIO in it. Sardu Multiboot DVD and USB builder makes it easily. copy your iso's such as win7sp1.iso, KasperskyRecovery.iso, ubuntu.iso etc. to sardu's directory and that's it. My win7sp1 AIO iso is bigger than 4Gbyte. Because of USB stick has to be FAT32, I cannot copy the win7.iso to the USB :ranting: Sardu and all other multiboot makers accept only one win7 image. :g: any idea's or help appreciated

I have an AIO win7 DVD. I would like to create an Autounattend.xml file a serial key entered. Which serial key should I use? or what is the solution? The DVD has 9 images. Imagine I used win7 ultimate serial key. And want to install home premium. I have to use the autounattend.xml file with ultimate serial in it because one DVD has one autounattend.xml file. I am afraid you will say that "just don't thick serial option"

  6. Hi, I wanted to remove some components using the all in one tool in order to make the Windows installed size smaller, but I think it's even bigger than before (9gigabytes on a freshly formatted partition). This is what I did: 1- Mount image. 2- Remove all editions but the one I wanted (Professional) 3- Rebuild. 4- Open the all in one tool and remove the following components: #Components AppFrabic Australia Local Pack BitLocker Drive Encryption Broadcom Drivers Canada Local Pack Common Modem Drivers DVD Maker Great Britain Local Pack Hyper-V VMBUS Driver IIS Addons 1 IIS Addons 2 Inbox Games Indexing Service Internet Games Internet Information Services Microsoft XPS Docu…

HI there, i dunno if someone has run across this problem, but i know it happens when you try to install applications from a USB Windows 7 Install Pendrive. everytime the silent installer app tries to launch an exe, even with the /qn switch if applicable, it gives you on applications that are not from microsoft, the "open File Security warning", asking the common "are you sure you want to install/open this file". has anybody found a solution for this? Cheers. Edit: I Also found out that most drivers also didnt install by using a USB Pendrive. and the drivers are signed and compatible.

I can't reply to a closed thread, so I'm trying to elucidate a potential (unresolved) problem of your app. I can confirm that in the 51 beta build of 1.3.0 the cosmetic problem of the Intel chipset drivers beeing displayed as only x64 ones was resolved. However, this doesn't assure me that the real problem is fixed. The real problem was the drivers were slipstreamed (maybe it was because of DISM fault) as x64 only, so in a x86 environment they weren't recognised by the 7 OS, and weren't associated with the proper hardware (Microsoft 2006 drivers were the newest for at least 6 Intel chipset HWIDs). So, can you confirm that this glitch was also resolved? I'll also retest it…

  14. Will the new and improved Unattended Creator make it into 1.3.0? I really hope so

The download link contains more info about the program itself. If you have a problem, bug, glitch, etc... then please make a new topic

  17. Dear all, I get an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" Message box during manual removal of components. Because I have tried it many times and with different order of removal of modules and with many fresh images, there is no specific module that causes that. My environment is Windows 7 64 bit and I manipulate a Windows 7 64 bit professional image. Any ideas?

Hithere, I am in need of some help using Windows 7 Tools. I have all the contents of a Windows 7 installation dvd in a folder. I also have the post sp1 updates from Solor in another folder. The goal is to integrate these updates, and do some tweaks. My guess was to start by using the “all-in-one tool”. To my shame that is where I already get stuck, since it asks for a WIM file? Am I supposed to create one before hand, or do I choose one of the two present in the ‘Sources’ folder from the installation dvd? If so, which one, boot.wim or install.wim? Tia! Jistme

First of all I'd like to say I simply love this tool. It appears there's no guide for the AIO tool so I'm bound to ask some questions in order to help myself and possibly others get the most out of it. 1. I want to apply the exact same custom settings to all versions of Windows in an image. When I choose 'Select All' in the WIM Manager, that causes the AIO tool to run 5 times in a row, once per Windows version. Am I doing it wrong or is there actually no way to do it in a single run? 2. Is there a way to actually reduce the size of the WIM? As far as I can tell, removing components from a single version of Windows does not achieve that. Would the WIM file become smaller…

Is there a way to add back an item (to an already installed OS) that was removed from the setup DVD during a W7T integration? It seem to me that I have a game that either depends on something that was removed, or some settings in the install got corrupted cause the game to not work right. I really do not want to do a complete reinstall (again), but I might have to if I cannot figure out the problem.

Hello, I have a small problem while converting "Windows6.1-KB947821-v14-x64.msu". The msu file has a size of 330.913.139 bytes. When I try to convert it to cab, it seems to be converted ( green background ), but the cab file has a size of 16.809 bytes. Does anyone has the same problem ? Thanks, caphp
