Hi there again, I want ISO Maker from Wintoolkit to be expanded with some Oscdimg settings. I want to be able to set time and date for iso releasing (for all included files in it). Except this maybe someother useful command included in this particular batch based executable. ,thanks in advance

http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/52374-Windows-8-1-Build-9600-16610-DISM-Now-Can-Work-On-ESD This thread says that dism now supports esd format. Can win toolkit be updated to support ISOs with install.esd ?

Ram is cheap these days and like many others i have more than i really need. So my thought is what about an option that we can tick that then causes win toolkit to use ram drive for mounting instead of the normal location. ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver "http://www.ltr-data.se/opencode.html/" is a free open Source program that supports creating ram drives on any windows including 7 & 8 32bit or 64bit. If this was then built into win toolkit you could set up comand line options to auto create ram drive of a preset size and assign drive letter, then win toolkit would proceed with the normal operations to the ram drive ie mount image integrate etc. Also users need a way to …

I like to request a feature similar to Windows7-USB/DVD Tool for burning created ISO's to USB or DVD. At the moment the USB Boot Preparation tool just makes USB bootable, but you still have to manually copy/paste the files from the ISO, and this can take quite some time.

  6. As a DISM GUI, DX WinNT6.x True Integrator is very handy, but it has some bugs. I would like to see that WinTookit can integrate a DISM GUI into the All-in-one integrator. That will be really great, since there are way too many packages for windows server, as listed here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825322.aspx. In deployment of windows server, this can be extremely helpful. Thank you.

  7. Hey Liam, Yea the title say it. Would be cool, have a good day.

It would be great if WinToolkit would delete outdated update packages from the currently loaded image. In my image for instance, i have still internet explorer 8 and 9, although i use 10.

  9. Hey Liam, It would be nice to have dims image-cleanup functions as options in AIO-Integrator. With some dism functions you can cleanup an offline image and make iso smaller: C:\Users\Zer0\Desktop\Waik_4_1\x86\Dism\Dism.exe /Image:C:\test\offline /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase It can integrate as Win8 Tweak, i think. It would be nice if WTK can also this things automatically if users want this.

Hi, it would be nice to have the possibility to create profiles in WTK. For example: Lets say i have 3 cases of different Software to install. So a menu where i can define profiles like: work, work2, private. Then when i add Silent Installers and SFX an option is needed to say this belongs to profile work and/or work2 and/or private. Then when Installer appears i dont need to choose out of a list lets say 100 product, i then only choose one of the profiles. That would be much more comfortable and is easy to realize for lego, all it needs is the form where to define profiles (save them), then the addition to choose the profiles a software belongs to while adding …

  16. The tweaks are very useful, even to the current running OS. It would be great if wintoolkit can also be used as a tweaking tool, not only customizing installation images. Thanks.

Hi, I know it's been mentioned before, but are there any plans to be able to have Win Toolkit be able to create auto partitions? In the meantime if anyone could tell me the xml that will just create one partition © to install Windows on I'd be very pleased. Or is the minimum 2 partions - one 100mb system one and the other Windows? Thanks, Graybags

  19. When I go to page http://www.wintoolkit.co.uk/Home/Downloads or http://www.wincert.net/leli55PK/DISM/ then there is a download for DISM 8.1_6.3.9600.16384 I have (under 64bit Win 7 Pro) already a DISM.exe version but only 6.1.7600.16385 Is my version sufficient to work with Win Toolkit (when I only wnat to create a Win 7 ISO) or do I have to install the v8.1_6.3.9600 ? Can I install v8.1_6.3.9600 on Win 7 or is it only intended for Win 8 and above? Peter

Hey, Currently if i need to install or need to put files into a iso i will need to use dism and mount it and copy the files over, But mostly i use wintoolkit for about everything, so would it be possible to have a new tab where i can select files + directory where to put files ? As this would save a ton of time when i need to do 5 different mounts + 4 for 64bit. Sample, placing the SetupComplete.cmd file, Would be nice if i could just select the file and it would be added, + other files i have SetupComplete.cmd set to run or move etc. I have some applications i would love to have in the iso like panda cloud, flash, adobe reader, open office etc. But not pre-installe…

Whats about that? Would be useful for some users. Of cause as option, standard no-active for inexperienced users. Greez

  22. It would be great if Win Toolkit could perform Driver compatability check during drivers integration. So that no x64 drivers would integrate into x86 distro.

  23. Lets say I want not to add certain Patches (e.g. KB3035583 or KB3021917) to the Win Toolkit repository on the target ISO archive (for 64bit Win7). How can I achieve this? Maybe there is a way to add it at first but prevent later installation. is there an exclude file where I can enter all unwanted patch IDs? Thank you Peter

  25. Windows Toolkit does not copy the apps folder over to the target drive like WPI. With Win Toolkit the Apps / Installers folder is executed from the install media. WPI can be made to copy the installer files over to the target drive prior to executing the installers. It would be nice if Windows Toolkit could do the same. This would allow for users to span their install.wim over multiple DVD's / CD's without breaking the integration of silent installs. Windows Toolkit as of 1.4.0.77 has a component to split a WIM to span over multiple DVD's but with limitations. See what I mean?
